"Had a horrible experience with Heather Williams. I give her 0 stars for lack of knowledge and wasting a lot of my time. All I did was come in and asked for a simple EKG test because I was having a little bit of discomfort on my left side and they completely canceled my appointment the morning of and told me I had to go to the ER. I had to call off work for that appt. I couldn’t afford the ER so I had to figure out another way to get another doctor to help me out. Heather told me they did not have the EKGs at the Baptist airport location, and apparently that’s not the case because the new doctor I just had gave me one of those tests right there in the same office first appt I saw him. Took 2 mins. Someone in urgent care also told me that they had that test and I made an appointment and even called to double check to make sure so I wouldn’t waste my time and then I got there and one of the doctors back there that I had was extremely rude to me, and again, told me that he did not want to get sued to go to the ER. I was so confused and did not appreciate his tone. I still don’t know why they all freaked out about a EKG test. Zero stars for Dr. Heather Williams, and zero stars for urgent care because of the wrong information, and again… wasting my time. I then just switched to my bfs doctor, Jon Storey to see if he could help. He is AMAZING. Sweet man who is very caring and listens to your needs, and gets the tests that you want done. He doesn’t just refer you to the ER like the other doctors. Not all of us can afford the Er. It’s just lazy. He helped me get a stress test scheduled with the cardiologist, and I could not be more thrilled to get that going. He also called a few days later after my appointment to check up to make sure I was doing OK. That is what makes a great doctor. I am so glad I found him and I will be sticking with him. Thank you! This is why I’m leaving 5 stars for Jon Storey."
"I’m so sad because I truly enjoyed my doctor so much here, (PMC- David) but the ladies who “direct” your call when you try to call this place are seriously so mean, and unprofessional. Baptist please go watch cameras, and listen to their phone calls and the way they treat your patients. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable when it comes to calling this place either by the way the employees just don't care for their jobs, or if it's just because they can get by with being unprofessional all the time. You feel so unwelcomed."
"This is place is a serious joke The provider Kendall refused to see me due to the fact her office employees schedule my appointment wrong time slot, which isn't my problem. Sad part I'm a new patient and this is how you handled your patients. I WILL not be back!! This shows the lack of professionalism on her behalf."
"Completely unprofessional and self-important. I arrived at 745am for a 740 am appointment to see my doctor, Kendall Henry. I’ve never been late before, mind you. If you even call 5 minutes “late”. The young unprofessional at the front desk looks at me and tells me that since I’m “late”, they will need to “work me into their schedule”. I ask the young unprofessional- do you have any idea how long that will be? I’m a little amazed at her delivery, because there’s nobody in the waiting room, and I must be the first appointment of the day. She looks at me with a straight face and tells me I have no idea, we’re just going to have to work you in. At this point, it looks like she’s actually getting enjoyment out of ruining my morning. So, because my day would not allow for me to wait indefinitely for them to work me into their schedule, I leave and try to call back to set up an appointment for a later date. I expressed my aggravation when I called back to try to reschedule, and the other girl just tells me “that’s our policy “. Fast forward to Kendall Henry sending me a letter to my home cancelling me from retaining services there going forward. What a joke. Dr Kendall Henry and her staff clearly just want to make sure their patients know who’s boss. Who acts like this. Nobody believes this story when I tell it. Can’t make this stuff up. You’re better off finding another provider."
"This place is an absolute nightmare. First time I went to make an appointment, I was told that the doctor I wanted to make an appointment with was not covered by my insurance. When I pulled out my phone to show that he was, it was changed to “he’s booked 3 months out” and so they stuck me with another doctor (Williams) who has zero reviews. Fast forward to the day of my appointment with her, she was super condescending and not even listening to what I was saying. She chalked everything up to being pregnant (which my OB said it had NOTHING to do with me being pregnant, which is why I made the appointment in the first place) and after a 10 minute appointment of me telling her what my OB said she just gave me a referral to a dermatologist and a script for allergy meds and said it was due to all the pollen (plot twist, it wasn’t). Yesterday I hit a bit of traffic on the interstate which would’ve made me roughly 3-4 minutes late so I called and a lady answered the phone and said that it would be fine. I arrive and NOBODY is sitting at the front desk to check me in. I wait for about 10-12 minutes (as i can hear them talking in the back) before someone finally comes up and asks for my name. I tell them and he looks at me and says “we have you scheduled for 9:20 (I arrived at 9:24, and nobody came out until 9:38), I can see if we can see you but you may have to reschedule” And i can clearly hear Dr. Williams say that I’m late and i have to reschedule. I said I wouldn’t reschedule and for them to have a nice day. Riddle me this. If I call and say that I’m going to be late and someone from your office says that it’s okay and I arrive at the time I said I would and your employees are just chatting in the back, why is it MY fault and I have to reschedule? It’s a complete waste of my time. This office is a JOKE, go see anyone at Sacred. I was able to walk in, get an appointment for later in the day and was actually listened to."
