"Had to change my daughter’s pediatrician from White Wilson to one more local due to insurance reason, but Dr. Robinson has by far been the BEST pediatrician she has ever seen. I was driving 45-50 minutes to see him because of how patient, kind, and interactively he is with children. If you need a PCP for your child, please feel comfortable trusting this staff. They are beyond amazing and understanding."

"Everything goes well when you have an upcoming appointment at this facility. You get lots of attention. Phone calls and text messages abound to remind you of your upcoming appointment. As soon as your appointment is over however, the attention ends. There's absolutely no sense of urgency when it comes to getting test results, or getting appointments with referrals they've made. They don't return your calls. You can't speak with the doctor. They only have excuses and say that someone is "working on it" and will call you back soon, but they never call you back. If they can't bill you for it, they don't care to help you."

"I have recently seen Dr Hamilton’s nurse practitioner, Katelyn Dye, and I have been extremely pleased with my visits thus far. My appointments were on time, but she also took the time to go over everything with me in detail and I didn’t feel rushed. I was especially happy to find out that she was able to also take care of my Pap smear, eliminating the need for another appointment at a different doctor. I have received quick responses to my messages on the patient portal. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable primary care provider."

"Dr. Vincent Mendez has been my doctor for 5 years. He is EXTREMELY passionate about his patients! His professionalism in his work ethic is unmatched from any other doctor I’ve seen or been a patient of! His bed side manners are best I’ve experienced. Dr. Mendez genuinely cares for all patients, doesn’t matter the case from a simple cold untreated to a life threatening emergency he treats ALL patients the same and the time with each is there until ALL parties are satisfied with the treatment process! "Had an appointment today with Dr Mendez. He introduced me to his new PA. Forgot her name but I was very impressed with her. She was very present for my details as Dr Mendez told her about my health. She asked questions and was so very pleasant. I believe she will be an important asset to Dr Mendez and give quality care to patients as they present in the clinic. Since my Primary care Dr retired in December I have been with Dr Mendez. I enjoy going to him for my health needs. Dr Mendez is such a bright and pleasant Physician"
