White-Wilson Immediate Care (Crestview)

"The front staff Becca I believe is her name (young female in a wheelchair) is absolute rude. My fiancé called around lunch time to ask about their wait time etc as I was needing to be seen. He spoke with Becca on the phone who stated she was on her lunch break and would return and start accepting more patients at 2. My fiancé stated great enjoy your lunch we will be there after 2. Becca stated her frustration to my fiancé that clearly the patients already there couldn’t accept the fact that she had a lunch break so my fiancé and I decided to give her some time and we arrived around 2:20. My fiancé dropped me off at the front so he could park the car and I walked inside when Becca automatically turned me away saying she wasn’t accepting anymore patients. I stated we spoke with her on the phone and she said well “I didn’t even get a lunch break thanks to everyone in here” I said “well I’m sorry you feel your lunch break is more important than sick people” Becca’s exact and I quote response was “well actually it is” I’m sorry but clearly you are in the wrong profession if you believe your lunch break is more important than those who are sick. I work as a first responder and there are times I don’t get a lunch break or we are toned out for a call in the middle of breakfast or dinner. She clearly lacks bedside manner and her demeanor and rudeness is unacceptable."

"Poor service and communication at the front desk. I called over the phone driving 40 miles from where I’m from just to be turned around. Receptionist could have told me that they can’t see my child because she isn’t a Pediatric patient with White Wilson. I thought it was a walk in clinic. A waste of time."

"You can in fact be giving your toddler their medicine wrong. Exhausted and concerned about being unable to give my child their antibiotics, the nurse and provider allowed me to come in and show me some tips and tricks to get it down and most importantly what I was doing wrong. I felt heard and seen and not like a complete idiot for being unsuccessful on my own. I was tired and worn down. They gave me the confidence that I am in fact going to make it thru 10 days of antibiotics with a toddler."

"The staff and services are excellent! I’m glad they have the appointments structure. Going to other urgent cares can be so unpredictable and you can’t plan your day around that. Thanks again!"

"The last 3 times I have gone to this "walk in "clinic there has been an issue. The first time, they closed early with a note on the door, the 2nd time 30 minutes after they opened was told to come back after 1 because they were full, 3rd time was told the doctor in the clinic that day didn't accept my insurance. Absolutely useless place!!!! Get some more doctors to help out with the load or close this down. They have been no help to me whatsoever."
