"I had a mammogram in December,. It was the worst mammogram I've ever had. The technician started and I told her it was painful, she said she had to continue to make it work and continued to put more pressure with the machine. By the time she finished I was in tears. Now I am told I need to go back and repeat it. I have a choice and will never go there again. Found a place where I will be treated with empathy, dignity and respect."
