"Wonderful place, very caring they take good care of my son. Real license medical professionals are looking after the kids. They have a bus to pick him up and drop off. It's very hard to have a disabled child that needs care24/7. They save me a tremendous amount of stress. Thank you guys!"

"If I could give this facility a 0, I would. This facility went nearly an entire day without feeding my son because his bottle had a split nipple. My infant son (9 months old) was in the ICU for nearly 5 months and could only drink out of a bottle with a slit in it, as he was learning to drink again. Because they could not get ahold of me (I work in healthcare) they withheld the bottle and upon me being available to contact them, they stated, "He's really fussy because he's hungry but we can not feed him with this nipple, as it is against our policy." Never once was this told to me upfront! Why were none of my sons additional contacts called? This is neglect if I had ever heard of it! My son is now at The Bishop Center in St. Petersburg (another medical daycare facility) where he is loved and cared for and THRIVING!"
