Equine Therapy is a form of experiential therapy where you learn by interacting with horses, who are incredibly perceptive creatures. Instead of sitting and talking, you engage in fun and exciting activities that help stimulate the mind and develop effective coping mechanisms. Our program is guided by a Nurse Practitioner who is Board Certified in Family Psychiatric Practice.
