"Strongly advise to go somewhere else. They gave me the run around for six months. I started off speaking with Michelle at intake (probably the most inefficient person on this staff) about setting up an appointment. After handling the intake documents, she told me that it would be 6-8 weeks before I hear anything. 10 WEEKS later, I had heard nothing. I called back and spoke with Michelle again. She tried to give me the excuse of the 6-8 week wait, but I told her that it had been 10 weeks. She said that she would email a supervisor and get back with me later. Over one month passes without a word until someone else from their office called. I do not remember this lady's name. She only called to see if I was still interested in getting an appointment there, to which I replied yes. She told me that she would note this in my file and someone should call me back the following week. ANOTHER MONTH passes without any form of communication, then I suddenly get a call from one of the providers herself. We discussed my intake paperwork and scheduled for my first in-person appointment in a few weeks' time. Exactly one day before my scheduled appointment, Sheryl from the insurance and billing department calls me. She informs me that because of my insurance, I had to get a referral from my PCP before they can even see me. I have never had to get a referral for other mental health providers under this same insurance before. I called back later the same day to cancel all services."
