She arrived late, was not prepared at all. Was conducting the session through her phone, did not have her camera working, and her children were making audible noise in the background. Completely unacceptable. This therapist and this company in particular has completely ruined my trust in therapists and just therapy in general. I’ve been TRYING to start therapy and try to get better but I honestly cannot believe it has been this bad or hard to even start the process on the right foot.
