Jay Hospital- Emergency Room

"This hospital really don’t care about you especially if you don’t have insurance. This my second time having a bad experience where I felt uncomfortable. The first time I was there for hours and I heard the doctor basically tell the nurse she wasn’t worried about me because it sounds like I just have a cold. Was thrown in a room no covid test no strep test or nothing literally sat there for 5 hours for the next shift to come in for the other doctor to just say it’s allergies. Today I went and was asked why do I come so often. I explained that I don’t have a primary doctor so if I’m not feeling good of course im going to the er. For one anything I ever come for does not include giving me pain medication. The ones that come for pain medicine needs to be questioned. I can see if it was but u literally see what I come for in your system. But if you don’t have insurance do not go here cause seems like they gets upset when you don’t and really don’t want to treat you. They need to shut this hospital down anyways."

"Everything was fine except for the blonde lady working the desk at check in. While trying to speak with her, she just looks at you like you are stupid. As I was waiting to be called to the back I watch how she treated an elderly couple there for an x-ray.... Extremely RUDE!! Definitely need someone better with customer service working that area!!"
