"I live in Mary Esther but because I have received such good care several times at the facility in the past I personally will drive to Navarre to go there for minor things such as I did today but the experience was terrible today not because of the staff but the Dr was so uncaring. . They advertise When to come on their website it says flu-allergies- soar throat- common cold etc! well I went there for all of these reasons and the Dr I was assigned told me that I need to let the symptoms take their course that he thinks antibiotics are over prescribed I was up for 2 nights now because I couldn’t lay down and sleep because I couldn’t breathe thru my nose this has been going on for about 5-6 days now and I have taken several different over the counter medications and didn’t feel like I was getting any better. I have bragged to many people about this place but after today I will never do that again, I wasn’t upset about the wait because so many people are sick at this time I understand that but I went there and waited my turn for absolutely nothing I received no help whatsoever I suffer from heart failure so I guess not being able to rest for days are no issue for this Dr. I’m certain I will get a remark back about how much this place strives to give the upmost care. What a disappointment. This facility should not advertise to come there for these symptoms if their Doctors are unwilling to treat these conditions.."

"The ER/Urgent Care team has always been able to get me to a diagnostic room, review my symptoms, and administer tests very quickly. The entire medical staff exhibits a kind and respectful attitude. And the doctor's assessments and management of care are very reassuring. I've had several visits to the facility and am very grateful for the team's capabilities and caring attitude."

"I went in late Sunday night dehydrated and vomiting thinking that I may have had a bug or something else.The receptionist was super helpful in getting me in, in what was the fastest I have ever been taken back and seen. The nursing staff was phenomenal in their quality of care, being a diabetic who has spent a fair amount of time in a hospital being treated, it means a lot to be cared for by a nursing staff who care about their patients and make you feel like a priority! The Dr. on staff was fantastic with his bedside manner and really made me feel cared for. Thank you Renee, Jules, Bridgette, and Dr. Holcombe!"

"I’m so grateful to have this ER and urgent care as our go-to stop when illness strikes overnight, on the weekends, or over the holidays! I’ve brought both of my kids here, and my husband and I have utilized their services too. The admin staff is always friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The nurses are lovely and kind, and all providers are efficient and thorough. Last year, I came in when I was 12 weeks pregnant and thought I was having a miscarriage. Everyone was calm but also very empathetic. I felt like I was not only in good, capable hands but also surrounded by warm, caring hearts. I really can’t thank them enough or recommend them more enthusiastically!"

"My husband fell and broke his arm on the morning of 9/13/2023. From the moment we arrived to the ER we received the best medical services anyone could wish for. The whole staff were professional and yet gave my husband personalized care and comfort. Nurse Rae, Dave, Dr. Trujillo and Medic Russ provide the best care anyone could ask for. I can’t say enough good about the whole experience from check-in to the security officer to the medical care and treatment. We will never go anywhere else."
