"Made an appointment for my son. Was told to call two days prior to see what my co-pay was. I did as instructed and was told at that time they hadn’t run his insurance, yet, and I needed to call back the next day after 1pm and if it wasn’t done by then, they would run it at that time. I did as instructed and called at 3:30pm the following day. Again, I was told they hadn’t checked and the person I spoke with said she would run the insurance after we hung up and would call back. After an hour of not hearing back and their closing time approaching, I called them. Again, I was told it hadn’t been checked and she could not check tonight. She would have to run it in the morning (day of the appointment) and would “try” to call me by 8am. My son’s appointment is scheduled at 9am. This is our first scheduled visit and with our insurance, the co-pay is a percentage of the total charges, not a flat rate. I am certainly not wealthy, so knowing what the fee is well beforehand is extremely important. Also, except for the initial call to make the appointment, those answering the phone were very short, seemed hassled by my calls and ended the calls by “Yup” and then hanging up. I work in customer service and have at some capacity or other for many years and am shocked and disappointed at how all of this was handled within their office. The right attitude, tone and a little empathy go along way. I’m pretty sure if I spoke to the some 80 customers that I take calls from every day the way they spoke to me and ended my calls with, “Yup” I wouldn’t have a job anymore."

"Misled and left to enter pool by myself when they had knowledge of my condition and put me at great risk. Not safe at all. Said nothing to me about what was done to me other then manager or owner would call at some point. They did not seem to remotely understand how truly dangerous that could have been for me yet the woman who evaluated me knows I have very poor balance, POTS and seizures. Very sad."
