They seemed nice/kind/caring also to everyone around me while waiting in pre-op/during/post-op after my cataract surgery. They are a good group of doctors and nurses."

"As a nurse myself, I tend to be very critical about medical staff that don't know what they're doing. THE STAFF HERE IS AMAZING! My nurse Donna was excellent and numbed my hand before placing my I.V. and was able to insert it properly the very FIRST time (a rare feat with my spider-y veins!)! They updated my husband at all times and brought him back to me even before I was awake. I'm so impressed!! I hope I don't need to have any more procedures, but if I do, this is where I want to go and I will tell all my friends and family to do the same."

"I am new to the area so I had no referrals to go by in places to have a surgery on my hand. Dr Sean Tolbert at the Immediate Care at Kingsfield recommended Dr Jason Marshall who is also part of the West Florida Medical Clinic. Dr Marshall set me up for surgery on Monday morning at 6:45a and from the moment I walked in I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Kristin was my Preop nurse and she guided me through the process with Dr Jaffrey (anesthesiologist) to what to expect once I was in the operating room. Everything went well in the OR but I have no memory of it so that’s another wonderful event. In the post op Janice was my nurse and she was equally outstanding. The entire staff was attentive and any anxiety that I had was quickly relieved by their professionalism. Thank you all for making a wonderful experience in my surgery."
