"Bad part of town to be clear .....just so you are aware if driving in. They illegally enforce mask mandates and social distancing for services even in 2024 . I've reported them to FL attorney general. Mandates are illegal in Florida. We were refused service 45 minutes before close with my teenager bleeding needing stitches. I see from other reviews they like to close early and not be inconvenienced unnecessarily by you know, paying patients needing urgent care. This place should probably be reformed or shut down."

"Went in with chest pain & heart palpations. They refused to see me. Even though urgent care is where my Dr sent me. They told me immediately before even checking in that they wouldn't see me, that I had to go to the ER. I asked if they could at least check my vitals for me first, but they wouldn't. Who sends away someone who could be having a heart attack instead of checking if they need an ambulance to the ER, at the least?"
"Literally closed 15 mins early. When they answered the door and stated they were closed, I pointed out how they weren't and it wasn't 8 pm yet. They still wouldn't see my kid for a simple ear infection. Also they refuse to answer their phones. Find help elsewhere"
