"My mom had an ingrown nail on one of her toes that got infected and was pretty bad looking. I went with her to Quality Urgent Care after not being able to schedule same day appointment with her PCP. We ended up going here twice. First time they couldn’t do any treatment until prescribed antibiotics took effect and hot rid of the infection. Seven days later, we came back for our second visit. I was there again for interpreting purposes and requested that the provider takes a look at the toe and cuts out anything that needs to be cut out to take care of the problem. I was very impressed how our provider listened and heard us when I said that my mom is afraid of shots. She took her time and explained breathing techniques that mom can do to minimize discomfort during numbing shots. The whole procedure took maybe 5 minutes, but provider spent much longer with us making sure that mom was comfortable and explaining everything that was happening. Overall I’m very happy with the care my mom received and the attention that she was given by everyone there, from receptionist to medical assistant to providers."

"Extremely disappointed with this group, 9 days to get and MRI schedule and 14 days to get a prescription, I have one last visit and that will be my last. Huge problem in communication and no ones knows what going on when you call, they don't return calls. Very disorganized for a health care center"

"I have had to use these facilities twice in my time living in Pensacola, and both times I've had a great experience! Courtney is exactly the type of medical professional you hope to work with, very straight forward about your options and sympathetic to your issues. The rest of the staff is equally respectful and pleasant! Their reaction to an irate customer they were experiencing this morning was the height of professionalism. They escorted the rest of the lobby into exam waiting rooms, and respectfully attempted to de-escalate before the customer decided to leave of their own accord. Both in their regular business, and when tense situations arise, I've seen nothing but wonderful things from this locations staff! Will definitely continue to use this location as needed for urgent and quality care."

"I've been to this location twice and both times I had wonderful experiences. I felt heard, and was taken seriously from the second I stepped through the door. I was treated with respect and very well taken care of. At the moment, I don't have insurance yet the cost is reasonable and affordable. This establishment will be my first choice moving forward."
