"If I could give this facility zero stars for professionalism I would. The office manager Cindy is rude and consistently spoke over me until the point she was literally yelling. Anytime I tried to speak at all she would say I was speaking over her. She called the patient a liar, and proceeded to yell about how she’s not stupid (definitely came off as a very small minded miserable person) all to get no resolve because Cindy didn’t know what she was talking about. It was a very simple question that she could not stop talking long enough to understand. Makes perfect sense why there was a communication barrier to begin with. This place is the absolute worst. Would not ever advise establishing patient care here."

"Dr. Allan, is a patient man, he cares for his patients, he will give you the truth weather you want it or not, excellent bedside manner, you can't get that with every doctor, Dr. Allan doesn't believe in taking pain meds for a long period of time, he wants to help you medically not put bandages on the wound with painkillers, he wants to get to the problem, I love him for that and really looking out for you. Way to go Dr. Ho"

"Dr Allen is one of the few compassionate, understanding and genuinely caring doctors I've come across. He has helped me and my family with addiction medicine and I owe a great deal to him. He also doesn't make you wait all day at the office to get seen and that is a plus. His staff are also very respectful and empathetic to your situations. Thank you again."
