"Not the easiest people to get ahold of! I left voicemail after voicemail and it took a week to call me back. Their voicemail message says they would respond in 24 hours. I just moved to the area and I'm trying to move my medical care to this location because it's the closest one "in network". I tried working on this as soon as I moved here a couple weeks ago and have yet to get an appointment scheduled. They said that they couldn't schedule my appointment until my insurance sent over the referral. In the meantime, I'm one day shy of being completely out of medication. My referral was assigned to BMG and the referral coordinator said they only take faxes. I've always had my referral process taken care of electronically. Upgrade your office for goodness sakes! So, I print out the referral and fax it. I call to confirm it went through while I was still at the fax machine I was using on base. They said "We have a girl who checks faxes in the morning". Come on, what kind of business is being run here? Is this 2020 or 1990!? Get with the program!"
