"The teachers are well mannered it's just the kids aren't taught very well and are ill behaved when the teacher is teaching all the while just focusing on their hair instead of the lesson or making idle talk instead of taking notes. Reprimanding is very minimal as if the teacher lacks care in trying to get the students to listen. But otherwise besides the students, academically the teachers teach the material but the students lack motivation to carry it out and practice. As well as this school had a bullying problem last time I was there as I was frequently picked on by my peers."
