"If I could give this place zero star I would. Do not take your family here."
"This place is the worst medical institution ever, my mom had a surgery the pharmacy was supposed to deliver the pain medication (Percocet) in the afternoon at 6:00 pm they never called or knocked on the door, I called the center at 6:20 pm worried about not having the pain medication for my almost 80 years old mom who was in terrible pain, Leon Medical Center customer service who responded my call told me the PHARMACY closed at 6:00 pm and the delivery guy went to my house but nobody opened the door and he never called, they’re laying I was there all the time nobody came or called, since the pharmacy was closed they couldn’t do anything so my mom spent the night without pain medication they told me to bring her to an emergency hospital to get a new prescription for the Percocet, how inconsiderate they are with their patients, they did not help me Leon Medical Center do not care for patients. If you have an older parent do not trust this institution, something have to be done with the administration who allow to treat patients like garbage, they only care about billing the insurance since all of their patients are old with great the benefits."
"HORRIBLE DISORGANIZED PLACE!!!! Front desk prefer to talk between eachother or text before helping the elderly. I saw some of the ladies that walk elderly around making faces behind patient to tell the other employee that he/she was a hard patient. Phlebotomy staff have no idea how to deal with small weak veins and hurt patients hands with no shame. Doctors do not talk to eachother about patients, and they send you to get blood work and tells you the results 2 or 3 months later. Ladies that call you to tell you "you are stable" have no idea about results therefore you can be stable today and clitical the next day. Appointments have no sense of logical. Its terrible. Im crazy to take my mom out of this terrible service. Doctors use the word Cancer and Death like is hello and bye. Its terrible!!! TERRIBLE!! please dont bring your elderly here!!! Everyone is very disrespectful!!!! VERY!!!!"
"From the driver (Ernesto) who transports me in a very clean vehicle and with all the rules against contagion of the virus, they take me in a friendly, professional and diligent way to my appointment. The reception staff welcomes me. Four very kind, polite and appropriately dressed young ladies with all kindness and cordiality, register me in less than two minutes and another lady helps me to the door of the doctor's office. I am first attended by her assistant, Mrs. Yamir. Very professional, compact and with great knowledge, she evaluates me, enters my new condition in the system and takes me to my doctor Dr. Roberto Soler v. Whoever makes a deep evaluation and with great humanity and professionalism tells me the news about my condition. . early. I go to the pharmacy for my new medications where I can queue or wait for a good lady to take my information and I am enjoying it for a few minutes, she calls me to give it to me. While right there they give me a coffee with pastries and before having a coffee, my medicines are ready and my driver is looking for me who takes me back home. all perfect!!"
"Coming to verify surgery greeted by benefit consultant of services Maiby Quintana. Taken to or shown where apponitment was so wouldn't get confused or losed or misplaced. To see surgeon Jorge A. Caridad. 2nd floor."
