"Some staff can be utterly ridiculous! My son had an asthma attack and he had to be rushed to the ER. We tried to get my youngest out of school early and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude! For one, the heifer could’ve said it in a much better way than what she did. Two, they claim to be a school that preaches kindness etc…which is a lie. Another instance: my youngest son kept complaining of a headache one day and his teacher at the time told him to just lay his head on the desk. He told another teacher and they simply told him, they hope he feels better. I then get a call that he has thrown up everywhere and to come pick him up. Very unacceptable of not notifying me as the parent he wasn’t feeling well in the first place. I respectfully talked the teacher and she had an attitude from hell. My kids will NOT be attending this school next year. If I could transfer them out now, I would!"

"This school is the best school my girls have gone to. The staff is super friendly. The teachers really care about the students. My oldest daughter struggles with math concepts and her teacher tutors her every day. Her confidence in learning as well as her confidence in herself has increased dramatically since attending this school. My youngest daughter who misbehaves at home is a perfect child at school and really enjoys being there. The kids work harder to learn which is awesome."

"My kids, husband, and I absolutely LOVE this school. My kids have attended here since kindergarten and we have always been so happy with this school. This year we decided to move them to the Mandarin campus because we moved to the Mandarin area and within a few months we came back to Innovation because the Mandarin branch is nothing like Innovation. The staff at Innovation is so welcoming and the teachers are some of the best teachers out there. They really care about the kids and it feels like family when you are there. We drive a bit farther but it is totally worth it to know my kids have such a great team of people educating them! They have figured out the formula for success here and other schools could learn a lot from them. I would highly recommend send you kids here! They are the best!!!!!"

"I am a teacher at RCSAI and it is, and has been, an amazing experience. We offer tutoring and clubs after-school and we are a very "home-y" feeling school. The teachers love being there, which reflects positively in their classrooms and their interactions with their students. The curriculum we have in our classrooms is spectacular and give the students real world experiences with their new learning. We are a STEM school and we integrate it into our classrooms daily. If you want that small town school feel with a great educational opportunity for your child, River City Science Academy is the school to be at."

"My kids went to the old location and now are currently at this location..I love the school i have a 1st and 3rd grader. My 1st graders teacher is awesome love her, MY 3rd graders teacher we've had some issues with..Overall my kids have been going for almost 3 years i love it, great charter school..Next year sadly they wont be attending as i found another that may work better for their needs and interests. But would recommend :)"
