"Tables were dirty. Trash bins overflowing so much there was garbage on the floor. Out of half the menu. No ice either for fountain drinks. The chips were stale. The food that was available looked gross. I would have left to taco Rico but not my decision to make. My food wasn't good. I don't know why everyone raves over this place. It was my 2nd time having Chipotle and hopefully the last."
"If I could give them a 0 I would. All of the food prep stations were disgusting, simply filthy. The rice we got served was overcooked and slimey which made the bowl have the consistency of mush. Also the chicken portion was smaller than all of the enthusiasm of every employees combined. Not coming here again, this chipotle location is dead."

"Why order online when you constantly screw it up?!? How many times...today's burrito, "cheese" but you didn't add ANY cheese. Paid AGAIN for Guacamole, got ZERO Guacamole. Hire someone who either cares or can read! This isn't the first time you ripped us off. "I ordered a beef burrito on a wheat tortilla with black beans and brown rice. With the chips and guacamole and the fountain drink I paid $21. I would not have had a problem paying $21 except the chips sucked and the burrito was trash. The staff was exceptionally nice. The workers were really friendly and great but the experience was just sad. I did not stop at another Chipotle my entire time in Miami. Not sure I will ever visit Chipotle again. Which is really sad for me because I always thought Chipotle was healthy and affordable."
