"One of the best dining experiences ever! My wife and I (just married Sunday) arrived and the same night we visited Blade. The food, the atmosphere, the people were amazing. Thinking we would just have a chill and relaxing night in our room, we ended up sitting in the restaurant conversing with each other and the staff pretty much the whole night. The food was incredible and our server America was awesome! We even got a visit from the manager Peyton, have already discussed flying back every year! It was an experience, hats off to everyone putting so much passion and love into this place! Only putting $100+ because we couldn’t stop ordering more, best sushi I have ever had in my life! Ended the night with a desert called yuzulotus for all the key lime pie lovers."

"All I can say is WOW! Every single thing we tasted tonight was truly an experience. It was incredibly fresh and have never tasted anything like this before. My husband and I are big sushi fans and on our first night of our honeymoon decided to get sushi while staying at the Fountainbleau hotel. We are so glad we did because not only was the food 100/10, our server and the manager were so kind and incredible. These chefs are the real deal. Whether you are staying at this hotel or not, definitely a must to eat here! We also arrived 30 mins early for our reservation and they were so kind and accommodating. Coming back here before we leave our honeymoon!"

"Our waitress was friendly and provided quick service from drinks to paying the bill. The California roll was not imitation crab, and the waitress recommended Blade special was really good. The dessert, Yuzu Lotus, was really good if eaten to make sure you include everything in one bite from the crunchy crust, mild keylime, Macha mouse and powder, and the crunch petal."
