"I had a slice for lunch and the owner and his wife were in there…and I guess the husband was having a big argument with his cook…The cook stood with my slice in hand for at least 2 minutes arguing standing over and holding my food…NONE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WANT THAT ENERGY OVER THEIR FOOD…after the owner left the cook was smart enough to know to make me a fresh slice…"

"I walked in for the first time on my birthday and wanted a slice of cheese pizza. The tall gentleman was very mean and disrespectful. I asked him to explain what’s in pizza all vodka. He became very nasty. My husband ignored his first out burst. Once he brought us the pizza he, I asked for parm cheese and he said what all nasty. And making faces. As a woman of color coming to this establishment I was spoken to very disrespectful and there were others in the building and that came in after where they weren’t spoken to like that! This is not okay! The only reason I am giving 3 stars for the atmosphere is because it’s a nice place, the staff on the other hand need training on customer service. I will never come to this establishment."

"Best NY style hand tossed Cheese Pizza ever! Great atmosphere, service, and food. We had the best Caesar salad and mozzarella Cheese sticks. Topped it off with a great tasting strawberry sangria. Delicious! Plenty of parking close by so make this a must stop."

I couldn't resist trying their garlic knots, and they were scrumptious, perfectly seasoned and baked. The portion sizes were generous, making it a great value for the price. As a bonus, the location is fantastic, allowing for a pleasant view while dining. Overall, Collins Pizza provided a delightful dining experience with its delectable pizzas, excellent service, and charming atmosphere. "I chose this place for lunch for its simple aesthetics and the advertising of NYC style pizza. I could not be more right. Very tasty pizza, excelent dough, innovative flavors. The tap beer was very refreshing as well. I tottally recommend this place for an authentic american pizza experience while in Miami."
