"An exceptionally average meal in an exceptionally average restaurant with poor staff. Manager was rude and not interested in having happy customers. 6 diners, all food came at different times. Beer was served after food. There are some phenomenal kosher restaurants in Miami. This is not one of them. There's a reason every other restaurant in Bal Harbour is heaving on a Thursday night and this was empty."

"I was looking forward to eating at this establishment due to the great reviews I've heard. Unfortunately, it was a super disappointing experience. My overall main complaint is the food was horribly dry. I was expecting delicious, soft, succulent meat and this was the opposite. The brisket and burnt ends were inedible. The vegan cheese was repulsive and sickening. The dirty fries were disappointing because, for $30, it was a tiny portion with dry brisket and not enough sauce whatsoever. The only good thing was the spare ribs, which were soft and juicy. I wonder if things are different due to the change in ownership. The ambiance was very nice and fun. My only wish is that the food was of that same caliber."

"My first time coming here after hearing such great reviews. Came with a friend expecting a nice night out. As we strictly eat kosher this restaurant was on top of the list. But what a mistake! Apparently there was a change in ownership that brought along changes to the menu, quality of food and service, so my advice to you is not to go to this place relying on the great reviews from the past. We ordered two appetizers - the crazy fries and the chicken poppers, and one main dish, the two appetizers came relatively quick and the portions were nice, however the sweet potato fries were noticeably cold, definitely not fresh out of the fryer. Which of course was a major turn off after paying 30 dollar for the dish. The chicken poppers were disappointing as well! It was rubbery, salty and extremely dry! Oh and the main dish.. so 25 minutes after we ordered we are told they can’t provide us with the dish because they don’t have it available, the waitress gave us a menu to pick something else, and as expected never came back to check on us. So after waiting 15 minutes, we ask for the bill so we can check out, we had to wait another 20 minutes for that since the check came with a mistake. At the end when someone finally comes over to help and after paying for the meal, including the non optional 18 percent service added to the total, I briefly pass on the criticism and i share about the unpleasant meal we had just experienced, hoping they can provide a better service and experience for their future clients.. and instead of hearing us out and a professional apology, the waitress was just rude and dismissive. Important to note as well that throughout the meal several waiters came over with dishes meant for other tables, that we haven’t ordered. Clearly unprofessional, untrained and confused. Which at a point the interruption does become annoying after having the same mistake being repeated over and over. Also the waiters were unable to describe the dish they present you with. Overall the service was bad, the food quality extremely low, the wait time just ridiculous and the atmosphere was palpably unpleasant especially with the songs playing in the background in those horrible speakers system. Don’t waste your time and money!! The street is full with other kosher restaurants waiting to provide you with an experience you can enjoy from!"

"A true BBQ gem! The décor is rustic and really comfy. We ordered the BBQ Sundae as an appetizer, though it didn't last long enough for a picture - it was that good. Portion sizes were ample, the food presentation was well done. We ordered BBQ sundae, BBQ Burger, slow smoked brisket, and dessert. Katie, our waitress was very knowledgeable, helpful, and made it an enjoyable experience; she even has a menu item with her name (go look). A must go!"
