"My daughter was here for approximately five months, but we had to stop bringing her to this place because of the bad care they gave her and maybe it is happening to other children, they did not take care of her well, on many occasions we picked the girl up at five in the afternoon with the same pamper that arrived in the morning, she couldn't hold the urine anymore, on several occasions she also had her poop already dry from the girl being pooped for so long and they didn't change it, we always sent her clothes and pampers so that they could change her and they never did, she also came home with bites and according to them it was she who did them herself, but they never let us see the cameras to see if it was really her who did them, parents complain the right of your children, which unfortunately many of them will not know how to tell you what is happening to them in there, think carefully about the well-being of your children, they are not well cared for here, at least with my daughter they committed a lot of child abuse, but here is a mother and a father who are going to demand their rights and attention for her, in conclusion on Friday 10/11/23 we ended up calling the police and making the report with them, we also called the children and family department to report the abuses committed to our girl. They should investigate well what happens in there with the attention of the children, I do not recommend this place to leave your children"

"My Daughter Bridgett has been attending Banyan since they opened. I can't express how grateful I am to all the nurses. They day to day deal with so much in order to care for the kids and it's awesome that a place like this is available for kids like my daughter."

"I went to this facility after being called in for an interview and the lady at the front desk was so rude and judgemental. Her boss backed her up saying well Caregiver works is mainly for women basically co signing the fact this lady discriminated against me for being a man a black male at that. I was well over qualified for the position which is why they called me but got there and was treated like I’m unwelcome and as if I was at the wrong place seeking employment. I wouldn’t recommend any males to go to try to work for them. Sad part is I came to this facility in a good mood and was waiting to talk to some one about the facility but totally got the opposite. Im disgusted by the treatment that was given to me, it wasn’t all the staff just the lady at the front desk who I think was the charge nurse."
