"Hey good day. I’ve always love this restaurant been coming 3 months now , I just wanted to say The young man and the young lady they told me names are Darick and Franquil or something like that. However these two are very awesome team for you night shift, I’ve come multiple weekends and seen them two work together their work is very outstanding they also have very good customer service they know how to set the mood when I’m having a bad day i find to have a good night after getting my food at night here at your store. These two are a special asset to your store. Longest they keep positive vibe, and stay away from all the negativity they would succeed far in subway even more in life. They spirit keep me going everyday im at work I just think of how them two work together through the long busy nights. It’s just remind me of when I was young working with my best friend at Dairy Queen we both used to love helping the customer best of yet love the job, I came in for a take out and oh my god their sandwiches are amazing especially my go to Sandwiches the Tuna and The Beast. Did I mention the Young Man Darick He goes above and beyond I’ve witnessed it when he was working by himself it was just me for a few minutes but 5 minutes later a few more customers came in I seen the Frustration coming down on his face but his still had the courage to say hey how are you guys , everybody day going good? He noticed he can’t be mad at the customer or take it out on me or them because obviously we weren’t the one to get him mad, even though he was mad he still was being respectful and calm about everything. I don’t know this guy personally but the days I’ve seen him work he Is a good worker and Please don’t leave out the Young lady I’ve mention in the beginning. THEY BOTH HAVE WHAT THEY NEED TO CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN THEIR YOUNG AND DETERMINED."

"The attitude here is just horrible. I come in to order two footlong subs and the middle age Caribbean lady is already having an attitude when she is making my sandwich and is just being straight up rude. And then she had the nerve to ask me do I need a bag to carry multiple sandwiches, bottled drinks, cookies and chips. Obviously I do if I have multiple items and only have two hands to carry. It’s like i'm bothering her and have a gun to her head. Miss you choose to work here and if you can't provide proper customer service then work somewhere else sweetheart. I understand people have their good & bad days but if you dealing with customers you need to provide them with respect and not attitude. I rather drive the extra mile to the Subway near the Miramar Town Center."

"Horrible customer service & unclean resturant. I walked in to an empty Subway around 6:15 p.m. and there was a woman behind the counter stirring one of the items. She never looked up or acknowledged my presence. So, I walked over to the cash register to purchase some cookies, because the food station was very dirty and the cookies seemed to be the safest food item to eat. I stood there for 2 minutes without any acknowledgement or service. I then proceeded to walk out and she still did not any acknowledge me in any capacity."
