Redland Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) is a non-profit organization located at 121 West Harris Road in Arcadia, Florida, United States. Our mission is to support migrant working and low-income families by providing quality child care, education, and resources for over 4,600 children annually.

At RCMA, we prioritize the dreams and education of children from vulnerable backgrounds. We offer a holistic approach to care, including early childhood education, health care assistance, and technology resources for homework. Our goal is to support the entire child and their families, ensuring a bright future for all.

In response to emergencies like COVID-19 and hurricanes, RCMA continues to prioritize the safety of our employees and enrolled children. We follow guidance from local health and emergency officials to protect our community.

With over 56 years of experience, RCMA has helped over 40,000 children access quality education. We operate 54 child development centers across 21 counties, thanks to the support of our donors. Our dedicated employees work tirelessly to make dreams come true for thousands of children and families each year.

RCMA also operates three charter schools, serving more than 560 students from kindergarten through 8th grade. Our commitment to excellence in education extends to all aspects of our programs, helping children achieve bright futures.
