"The buns can't support a half pound of meat and the roast beef was a bit dry. The curly fries were mostly pieces. Not my best first impression of a chain that "has the meats". Doesn't compare to Rollin Roaster in Brooklyn."

"Went there last night ordered take out. Ordered 2 beef and cheddar combo meals. Got home and the buns were sesame buns. Not Arby’s buns. Next no cheddar on either sandwich. NONE at all. Too far to drive back. Super disappointed. I mean if you are out of buns tell the customer and give them the option to get it or not. Ordered with Ann Marie at 5:54 pm. Paid $23.74 for a disappointment. Oh and had to wait 10 minutes for fries."

"I would give 0 star if I could. One simple order they can’t even get it right. #3 with a lemonade. How hard can that be??? Had to repeat over and over at the window about my order for the staff to finally get it. Not too smart obviously. Would not recommend this location!!!"

"My second trip in a month to Arby's. The first trip they knowingly served me fish when they were out of tarter sauce! Second trip ordered two for 7 beef and cheddars without cheddar sauce with lettuce $.29, with tomatoes $.29 and red onion. The $1.20 extra I spent to add lettuce and tomatoes must have caused the cook to do exactly what he was taught to do.....give next to nothing despite my extra charge. Be careful!! Adding extra anything is a rip-off. See my pics."
