"This restaurant used to be my favorite go to spot. Especially for special occasions. It was my 36th birthday and I had to wait 20-30 mins for a booth even though I mentioned that I needed one in the reservation. The server was excellent that's the only plus to that night. Appetizer lacked seasoned and didn't seem like it was freshly prepared. Ordered the ranch chicken sandwich and it wasn't hot, very sloppy soggy and lacked seasoning. The slaw was dry and also lacked seasoning. Honestly the well seasoned dishes, music & vibes is what made me fall in love with this place but I don't know what's going on now. Manager did come over seemed nice but not sincere. Will not return."

"First time here in the afternoon lunchtime 2pm, it is hard to see the sign on the building (There is only one at the main entrance, almost covered up by a tree) so you have to pay close attention to your GPS instructions. The winery is right as you enter it was interesting and had a lot of patrons sampling wine when we entered. We were greeted by a smiling friendly face and was seated after a few minutes (that is with a reservation). Overall the atmosphere was pleasant, the waiter was ok, service was great! Attention to detail needed, there was a set of dirty cutlery and crumbs on the table when we were seated although it was set with a reserve sign. The food was ok, the desert was better, the wine was great! I will be back for a wine tasting! Give them a try!"

"We celebrated a family birthday here with all ages from 5 to seniors here today. At the last minute, we had to add a few to our party size and that was no problem. Our meals were enjoyed by all. The service provided by our waitress was perfect and the atmosphere was great in a very clean, midern dining room. While this chain caters to wine aficionados, and none of us drink wine, we loved everything about our lunch here and our birthday celebration went well. I should add that we would be regular visitors if Coopers Hawk was a bit more affordable, as our meals were pricey. Considering our special occasion today, it was worth the price though, five stars all around,"

"Great atmosphere, good customer service, and good food. It was my first time coming to this restaurant, I had heard great things about it. We were celebrating my co workers retirement. Our waitress was really nice and attentive, our food was good. The only reason I gave them a 4 star review is because I ordered my steak medium and they gave it to me well done."
