"First, Donna was amazing. She was super helpful and professional. However the rest of my experience was absolute trash. I waited almost an hour for a chicken biscuit sandwich and it’s beyond obvious that they are understaffed. The kitchen staff seems to be the most lacking as it’s taking them forever to do simple orders. Again, Donna was great. But this place needs to seriously rethink their management and their kitchen staff. Would not recommend if you have somewhere to go or but it’s perfect if you just want to hang out at ihop as you wait hours for your food. And if there’s more than one person in your party - good luck ."

"We left the horrible ihop on university and Sheridan and drove to this location tonight for dinner. Great decision. It’s clean, the food was good, the service was fast. Shawn was the only one waiting tables and seating people. She not only held it down and hustled but she was friendly and even other patrons leaving before us were complimenting her. This is the only location I’m going to from now on."

"My wife and I went for breakfast just because we felt like doing something different. We walked in and were seated quite quickly. Our server was a very pleasant older gentlemen by the name of Ray. He greeted us quite nicely, and made us feel very welcome. he took our orders and made sure that while we ate we were very well taken care of. He was very pleasant throughout our time at this IHOP. He made us laugh, and also was one of these individuals that you knew was a hard-working, decent man."

"This restaurant does not have enough personnel. It took us 15+ minutes to get seated and then a whopping 40 minutes to get food after we ordered. We saw a large amount of customers leave because there was no seating host. It's a shame because there was a lot of potential customers that left for lack of service."

"This is the third IHOP I’ve been to around the area I live in and I have to say this is by far the best one. My five year old said that the food tasted better here as well. The server was also very nice and friendly I which I would have asked for her name she was very helpful and lovely. Thank you."
