"I attended a concert at Sebastian Venue where Los Roques Gourmet were serving food, the service and food were both good, but they mislead customers to charge double gratuity. This is how the scam works, right after I ordered the food the server presented me the credit card terminal displaying the total amount and the gratuity options between 15% and 20%, as normally in any restaurant, so I selected 15% not knowing that an 18% was already charged to my bill because they never showed me the bill, so I ended up paying 18% plus an additional 15% on top of the total amount, already including 18%. My bill was low and the amount charged in excess is not a big deal, it is not about the money, it is about the dishonest way of doing business. I will report it to every possible authority I can."

"This place I had review as a 5 2 years ago. I went today and it is pretty sad, the service was awful no courtesy whatsoever. I had a sopa de gallina and I found it disrespectful for that to even be served and the price that was charged for it was even more outrageous of 7.50 for less than 10 gram of chicken and the size of a creme brulee ramekin. It is sad see a place that was so good get so greedy from their repackaged water bottles served to you by default when I specified tap water. The picture is below btw that is not a coffee spoon it is a big sized spoon it barely fits the Plate."
