"Food was cold and the chicken was soggy instead of crispy. It short, it sucked. They also did not have a bunch of items that we wanted to get, like peppers, cilantro sauce, BBQ sauce, and other items. Will probably not be back anytime soon."

"Horrible service! Counter wasn’t clean and it was soaking wet! Person at the cash register taking orders and at the same time handling food! After handling food he is back to cash register to take orders, and handling cash with the same gloves used to handling food! Not sanitary at all! No fresh salsa, I was giving some kind of salsa but not fresh! Horrible service!"

"Stopped here before a movie across street. Fresh and delicious food. Friendly and quick service especially Junette was very attentive and caring. She made sure our orders are correct and we got everything what we needed. Nice smile is always a plus! Thank you and we will be back"

"It’s rush-hour. I need to get home. But, I need the quickest way to get a complete meal. Pollo Tropical Lighthouse Point! The drive-thru line moves quickly. Ed at the window always has a smile when he gives you the total and takes care of your payment. That staff is on point when Damian is captain during that shift! The food is always good, but Thank you for the service!"

"I try to be fair before posting a review, I try my best to eat there twice to make sure it wasn’t a bad day what affects the service but in this location they are terrible, by far the worst location. There’s no consistency when it comes to food portions every other location has a pretty standard portion here the portions were very small twice for $15 dollars I got four strings of beef. When I asked the employee he asked the manager who didn’t even acknowledge my presence and said it’s 4oz they are not weighing this food and they have a terrible attitude/ customer service. The food tastes good but that doesn’t make it worth it when the portions are way under than the normal at other locations. They have an attitude and it’s better to drive more to a different place than waste your time and money here. The only reason I kept the food is because if I send it back it’ll go to trash and I’m not ok with that when there’s so many people not having food."
