"Wonderful place!! The service is very quick and the food is just delicious. We have almost tried the whole menu by now and everything is simply divine. The owner is also very friendly and kind. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does. He’ll always greet you with such a warm smile and if you have any questions he’ll be happy to help. First time I came, I was a little nervous because of all the options and was scared to get something I wouldn’t like. I asked the owner what he recommended and he suggested the Colombian hot dog, so I went with it and honestly wow. Never had it before, and to be honest it was a lot but man was it delicious. If you’re a sauce person like me you’ll love it, if not it may not be the best option. Next time I went he suggested I tried the Colombian burger and that was just as good! This is a place where I don’t mind trying something new because I know I’m getting something that is freshly made and honestly nothing has been bad. My absolute favorite thing to get here now, is the beef pinchos with the fries. The fries have this green seasoning that is just spectacular. Pairs wonderfully with every dish here."

"My husband and I went at like 12am because he wanted to go to Doral for some Venezuelan hot dogs. He found this hidden gem here in Coral Springs. Such an awesome food truck! The girl was super courteous and the food was to die for. The portions were big and the flavor was spot on. My husband is from Venezuela so he couldn’t believe how good the hot dog came out. I had beef tostones and the portion was really big I was able to save it and eat the next day. Unfortunately I did not think to take pictures of the food because We both were thoroughly enjoying it. I super recommend this lovely food truck, they have seats outside and they have both a mix of Cuban, Colombian, Venezuelan food."
