Horrible service ….. the worst service I came across in a very long time… there’s just one particular gentleman there every time he is there it is extremely extremely horrible. i’ve seen bad service, but never I came across service like this in a very, very long time. first couple times came during lunch hour. The gentleman just said come back later because he’s on break and when I asked for additional assistance, he just left to go outback and the restroom. left me there waiting for a very long time until I decided to leave. Came multiple times during dinner time and was close half an hour early and even though the gentleman was still standing around doing nothing. If this large company name wants to survive this location, they must get better customer service or hire a better manager and get rid of the staff currently there…."
