"Hey this bus was going almost 60 in a 40 and cut my off then was riding close to each person. Very unsafe driving and scary. 2/13 at 8:48 on Armenia and sligh."

"We had a bus driver that came on time except maybe a day here and there… but he got in trouble and they moved him to a different route. This new driver is never on time. She shows up 30 minutes late or some times on a rare fluke she comes super early and half the kids miss the bus cuz she’s early. It’s really inconvenient for the kids and the parents who have to be at work!!! Where’s the phone calls that tell us the bus will be late.! Some times those calls come after the bus comes what is the point in that?? If plz Hillsborough be better… there are 7 buses that tend to this neighborhood all going to the same school there should be enough room for all the kids!! The bus is supposed to be here at 6:55 and it’s now 7:30!! Where’s the bus y’all!!!"

"The driver I’ve been dealing with for my son drives by him EVERY morning and doesn’t stop. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the people I call and talk to are extremely helpful and do what they can to help."

"Just move here a year ago and this is way different then up north...my 5 year of had a Disney spider man book bag.The bus driver gave it to another kids. And I was told they would not replace it .Very upset ..it was 44 dollars but that what I wanted for my son.... And due to the bus driver negligence. The kid that she gave it to never brought it back."

"Concerned parent here. Since school started the bus has been late every day 20 plus minutes. School starts at 8:30 and that is when the bus arrives. I understand the first week we need to get adjusted but you all had the whole summer to plan accordingly. My kids are late to school everyday and are losing 15 - 20 minutes of their education every school day. I'm highly concerned and want to know why and what needs to be done? How can I help as a parent. I tried calling you guys just to see what is going on and no one answers. Your asked to pick your area and I had no clue. Called the school and thankfully they gave it to me. Option 8, no answer. Was waiting for over an hour. Through that hour every so often im prompted back to the main menu to then select my area field needed. This is not a good look. I hope things change. I will try again in 2 weeks if things dont change."
