"This place flat out abuses children I mean they have been investigated, cameras and film have had to been turned in dcf and apologies and vouchers have been granted for the treatment babies have received here please don't bring your baby here , my 2 yr old sister had a black courtesy of an adult, they were pretty much swatted when we complained and it was advised that the kids didn't come back but somehow they can still take care of other kids"

"My 3yo son loves his teacher(s), but Ms. Danielle is so good with him, and he's actually learning things. It was my first time putting my son in daycare due to covid, and I couldn't have chosen a better spot. They work w you where they can, are so understanding and amazing, and offer an overall family-friendly environment for both my son and I. I wish I could give 10 stars!!"

"If you DON'T CARE about your babies & children .. leave them at this place from I-Iell. My baby was sick every other week, this place doesn't not exercise a sick baby policy, so your child will be Sick and you will miss days from work and spend hours at urgent care or they may even be admitted in the hospital. I even overheard the staff discussing another child's medical issues (it just was a lack of professional tack imo). I've seen babies come in with questionable green/yellow snotty noses & questionable pink-eye. On NUMEROUS occasions I sent my baby in with an outfit(sometimes new), bib, socks, diaper bag, cup or bottle. 1 by 1 piece by piece my child's items or clothes would not return with them, I would request their things and the front staff would say it was sent. i would adamantly say "No it was Not!" Although my child no longer attends this factory for children i am traumatized, for several reasons. The StaFF will STEAL your baby's belongings!! Don't send your baby in valuable items. Don't send your baby in something you want returned. They are thieves. This is my personal experience. Lastly, The only children that seemed to be cared for are the ones related to the Staff or children that generally "Look like" the staff Other than that.... it's a MISS!! This is my personal experience. You are not allowed past the lobby, why? well in the evening you will wait 20 mins for them to bring you baby to you, perhaps because they haven't changed the diaper pretty much All Day. My baby maintain a diaper rash consistently at this place, on the Weekend I would Clear it up, Monday my baby's bottom would be flaming red again. One day i observed staff sitting in the toddler room on the floor on her phone while about 11 babies just played by themselves,,, This was unacceptable, not due to her size but due to her lack of engagement and attention to the babies. I don't consider this place to be a Learning Center or a Daycare, It is a business that takes advantage of parents that need Quality Childcare and caring Professionals. Send your children here at your own Risk."

"These people cant keep track of the children in their care. The owner told my dad that my brother had been "picked up at 1pm" and even tried to give my dad's girl friend a random little boy when it was confirmed no one had picked up my brother. it took a whole lot of commotion to "find him" in his own classroom. Ridiculous. I hope the other child's mother knows they tried to give away her son smh."

"This place is amazing! It's always clean, all the staff are so loving and caring to my grandson! Mind you, he was a hand full when he first got there1 1/2 years old and never in daycare, he was a biter... His first day he bit 3x they put him in a highchair for time out he learned not to bite he is now 2 and knows how to count to 10 he knows colors and he sings many songs this is not just some place that watches your children they actually teach them and form loving bonds with them! I actually live in Auburndale and work in plant city but there is no way I will try to find something closer to home!!!"
