About the Experience: Upon entering, the shop provides plenty of space to sit and enjoy the ambiance. The assortment of baked pastries caught our attention, providing a tempting selection alongside our coffee. The coffee served was strong, as anticipated, and complemented the pastries well. While we observed the preparation of Cuban sandwiches, which appeared and smelled delicious, we unfortunately weren't hungry enough to try them. In summary, the Cuban Sandwich Shop offers a comfortable atmosphere with tasty coffee and pastries. While we didn't sample the main attraction, the Cuban sandwiches, due to timing, the overall experience warrants a three-star rating."

"Dusty, dirty, disappointed. Heard a lot of hype about this place and had even sampled some pastries at an event. Went in for breakfast and found a kitchen nightmare worthy level of neglect. Dusty walls paired with dirty, unkept dining room. Food was mediocre, and the coffee was ok. But in the south Florida area, there are many better places to choose from - especially in Coral Springs. Hard pass, go somewhere else."

"The place is called el cubano and the cuban was terrible. Not on cuban bread, not pressed and one slice of ham??? No mustard no mayo, this tastes like bread and pork. Disappointing to say the least"

"Where to begin, I’m not going to go as far as to say that this place is a tourist trap, but if you grew up eating this type of food, take this place off your to do list!!! the Cuban sandwich was so salty, the bread was not toasted, it was quickly thrown together, and you can clearly taste every bit of the ham out of the can flavor. The one slice of would be pork, screamed processed, and something that resembled a pickle seemed to be in there as well. The empanadas were ok but nothing to write home to mom about. The potato croquettes were decent."
