"I ordered honey garlic chicken with pork fried rice and a honey garlic sauce came in a red color and smelled like straight vinegar. Then I got the beef with broccoli and the beef felt like I was biting off a piece of a Brillo pad and had this distasteful barbecue sauce on it. Even the pork fried rice had nothing in it. No peas no carrots no bean sprouts no egg just orange oil rice. The only thing that was good was the eggroll. Will not be ordering from here again."
"Update 10/23- dinner, just had best Mongolian beef, and house special fried rice, beef and broccoli. The rich wok flavor was fantastic. Everthing was just really good. So I'm a chinese food snob! down here in FL your either good or Really bad! China Star is good! love the lunch specials and you can tell they put in the effort. You want Authentic go to TEN TEN but for my neighborhood China Star is the best and man there are some bad ones out there!"
"Went to visit a friend in Coral Springs recuperating after surgery and decide to take out Chinese which is around the corner from her house. China Star is strictly takeout and delivery. My wife and I like the combination dinners. Usually comes with egg roll, roast pork fried rice, and choice of soup, soup here not included so we ordered a quart of Wonton soup, good. I opted for the Shrimp with Garlic Sauce, somewhat spicy with broccoli, red and green peppers, mushrooms, and onions, just ok. My wife tried the Pepper Steak with Onions, also just ok."
"Had it twice now and its so good. Had the fried wontons, chicken & pork fried rice, chicken lo mein, and chicken & broccoli and its all very delicious! Great price too, definitely give them a try!!"
