"While on a trip for a major surgery, my wife decided she wanted Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. Having grown up in Western Michigan, I loved Chicago Deep Dish! And let me tell you what, THEY HIT THE MARK ON THIS ONE!!!! The flavor of the sauce, the texture of the dough, even the weight of each slice, was SPOT ON! They truly know how to do Chicago Deep Dish right!! It was truly a delightful experience, and even talking with the staff (Chicago Native) it was just like being in The Chi! Wish they had a franchise in Knoxville, TN! This will be hard to beat! TRULY AMAZING!"

"The chicken wings were delicious! "Call the Chicago Fire Department! The sauce was exceptional. Gio was fantastic! I loved how he did a lighter drizzle on the wings and provided a sauce on the side. The onion wings were delicious as well. No pictures of those, but they are beer battered. We got a large classic cheese stuffed Chicago pizza. It was cheesy, filling, and well worth it! My favorite was the Fuego stuffed pizza (chicken, pineapple, and jalapeño). I loved the flavor and consistency. I dipped it in the fire department sauce with ranch and it was out of this world. I hope this place stays longterm. I am looking forward to my next trip to Florida. Gio was busting his butt. I will say until the owners get more help understand the service might not meet your expectations. Please keep that in mind. Gio was the bartender, server, cashier, and cook. Highly recommended!
