"Dive trip was canceled and we never notified: I found Narcosis Scuba when planning a dive trip near st petes for my girlfriend and dad. When I called them in november to book they mentioned the boat was down for maintence but planned to have it up in time for our Dive on 12/11. We waited a few weels and then booked online, because their calendar was open. My Dad even called a 2 weeks before to check availability, and they had 17 spots open and no mention of the boat being down. Fast forward to today 12/6, 5 days before the dive trip im now in florida, calling the dive shop to ask when to be at the dock, if we need to pick up gear and tanks at the shop etc, and im informed the boat is still down for maintence and will be down until 12/20. I was never called, nor emailed, and we are now in st petes with two checked bags of dive gear. When i asked when they knew the boat would be down until 12/20 the gentleman on the phone didnt have a good answer. I asked what we should do to dive while were here and was told to call another shop. To say im infuriated is being polite. I paid for checked bags, and will need to pay for checked bags on the way back to potentially not dive. I would not recommend diving with a company that cant manage their own calendar and notify customers affected by mechanical delays to your boat. If they cant do this, imagine how they'll manage their divers. Organization and situational awarness are basic skills in scuba. I recommend applying those to your buisness too."

"This was my first time back scuba-ing since the pandemic and I was so happy that I chose Narcosis for safety, excellent customer service, and patience. I had a blast and will definitely dive with them again! Every person I encountered there was particularly kind and helpful--from booking the tour, to renting the equipment (thanks so so much Gary!), to welcoming me in the center, to helping me with my gear, to refreshing my diving memory. Art was an incredible dive master. I panicked on my initial descent and he was able to calm me down under water so that I was able to complete the dive. I've never felt safer on a dive. Captain Dan was phenomenal and is so knowledgeable and it's great to see the two of them work in harmony. I wish I could remember everyone's name who made my experience so memorable, but you can't go wrong with this company. 5 stars!!"

"The crew is absolutely incredible. This is our second time going with Art and the crew. I definitely recommend these guys. Captain Dane will put you right on the spot and make sure you’re at the best possible place for the water conditions. Art was absolutely incredible he knows where most of the cool animals are and shows you things you wouldn’t find on your own. He was able to help two people in the group who had problems so that we didn’t have to end the dive and get up safely. George who works in the shop was very knowledgeable and helped us and taught us how to properly clean our gear. They all went above an beyond. It was definitely worth getting up at four am to get their at six, barley no one was out there."
