"Slow service with mediocre food. The restaurant actually looks like its seen better days. Definitely needs updating . I try to steer clear of this Wendy's even though out of the big 3 Wendy's is my favorite."

"This restaurant makes customers pull forward because they’re measuring how long customers wait at the window. Even for a drink. Then they forget to bring you your paid for item until you give up and go home. Basically stealing from customers. Don’t go here."

"Last time I used the drive-through they forgot the bacon on my baconator (!!) but I was too busy to go back. Today we sat in the drive through for multiple minutes and nobody even said anything so I went inside. There was a single person waiting in line who said she'd been standing there forever. Staff just huddled in the back. What a disaster."

"This location has been utter garbage for years. The food and service are substandard. I purchased a few meals for the family and my double pub burger literally came with no patties. I bit in and was amazed. I called the store immediately to let them know and the manager Jean said it was impossible. I took a picture and headed to the store only to be accused of taking the patties out. I was slack jawed that he had the balls to say that. To what end? To eat cold food I left at home due to their incompetence? Jean was very rude and honestly, I’ll never eat at any Wendy’s again. They do not care about customer service, it’s garbage at the slough where they’re concerned. They have done nothing to improve in years. They blame their issues on customers so they never get corrected. I’m incredulous at the attitude of the manager Jean. He’s a poor excuse of a manager and even poorer excuse of a human being."
