Never pick up the Food, never PAID, and she behaved so bad not like a lady. We have to take our LOSS for this food and take it to the trash…. BAD BEHAVIORS. We don’t need Rude and Cheap Customers like her. There are so many people doesn’t have nothing to eat, a lot of Homeless people that need food to survive. And this woman didn’t care about that. It is ok , KARMA never Fails. I am well educated Man that respect everyone and will continue giving OUR CUSTOMERS “ First Class Service”. Thank you and always APPRECIATE your Bussiness. "This was by far the worst experience I have ever had w a restaurant. The manager Eduardo is ridiculously rude and insulting. Our food was never delivered. We placed an order for over $50 and all he was worried about was whether he could keep the money even though the food delivery service they referred us to never came to pick up our food. They charged me and I never received my food. There are plenty of other Tex mex places in West Palm Beach. LUPITA’S PRACTICES BAD BUSINESS, take your business elsewhere."

"This is where mexican food goes to die a slow horrible death. This place used to be AMAZING back when they just had an outdoor location. I don't know what happened or how they stay in business. Customer service is horrible. It takes forever to get your order (30 to 45 mins). There are no words to describe how horrible the quality of their food has become. Taco Bell has better flavor than these folks. And like some of the other reviewers have stated, the atmosphere is depressing and oppressive."

"My daughter wanted to eat at a Mexican restaurant and we came across this one. My daughter ordered a wet burrito with ground beef no beans and fries and I had the chicken burrito no beans with sour cream added. The fries were plenty and hot. My burrito could have used alot more sour cream and cheese as I could barely taste either one of those items. My daughter said the wet burrito was good but not better than the ones at Guadalajara restaurant. The order taker was friendly and the food was hot. Still debating if we will return."

"I love this place! The food is authentic the service is fast and friendly. The prices are reasonable and the menu is big. My all time favorite is Nachos! I travel from another city just to eat their Nachos. And the Margaritas are so good!"
