"We order delivery from here quite often. Their pizza is always good and they're pasta is always great. Tonight I ordered the wrong thing. I wanted a stromboli but instead ordered a calzone by mistake. I called them 20 minutes later when I realized my mistake to see if the food was already being made and they said yes. I told them my error and said it was ok I didn't mind as their calzones are good too. To my surprise when the driver arrived he said the chef had corrected it and I got my strombili!!! Thank you very much fratellis staff and chef. What great customer service you have! We value your service."
