Off Tha Bone BBQ

"The first time I ordered from this place we picked the food up and it was delicious. The ribs were amazing, very tender, juicy, and flavorful. Today I ordered through their online website and specifically requested all middle bones on my sandwich. When I received my order I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. The ribs were dry, overcooked, and chewy. Nothing about them were “Off the Bone” Im going to assume it’s because my order was a delivery order. Most restaurants don’t take pride in the food thats going out to customers who pay for delivery. We pay extra for delivery put our requests in writing and tip well in hopes our food is fresh and edible when its delivered. I wasted 40 dollars on a 12 dollar rib sandwich. Off the Bone you should take better pride in the food you send out to your customers who opt for delivery very disappointed."

"Let me tell you I work next-door in the laundromat that just open and I was starving to my surprise. I didn’t know there was a barbecue spot there it’s tiny, but the food is authentic. The ribs were off the bone. The chicken is off the bone. The collard green were very well seasoned. Just everything my whole plate was amazing. Call me stop bye and taste a little up off the bone you won’t regret it. The girl was so nice that she even came and brought it to me because I couldn’t leave the business. Thank you so much five star plus plus plus."

"I went to the location off of Haverhill and honestly I was nervous because I had just seen a bad online review done by a social media person but my experience was good. I received fast, friendly service. The rib was falling off the bone! They were delicious! The chicken is delicious as well. The only thing, I don’t think it’s cooked in house because the place didn’t smell like bbq. Regardless, this is my new spot. The bbq is good!"

"The got my order wrong and I'm glad they did! I Door Dashed the Rib Dinner with Mac and Greens with an extra side of Mac and Greens (because I had a feeling they were going to be kickin). Instead they gave me pigeon pea rice and baked beans, both 100% excellent. So I'm not even mad because I got to try their other sides. Got the tangy sauce on the ribs and was in heaven. The baked mac is GOURMET. You can taste at least 3 different cheeses, and I'm going to guess they use more than that. The only critical thing I have to say is about the collards, and those still tastes great. I just found them to be over salted and not cooked long enough. But that criticism isn't enough to even put a ding in this 5 star review. I'd give it more stars if I could. BBQ like this is why I'm never going to be a skinny person, looking forward to ordering again."
