"Just placed am order for my daughter's high school basketball team at the Kings Academy before their big game tonight. I decided to download the app to place the order. It is the easiest food app I have ever used. I only use a few and I find the Pollo Tropical app to be very simple. I picked up 11 TropiChops and when I arrived the food was all packaged and behind the counter waiting. The food was hot. My daughter said all the orders were accurate and everyone enjoyed their food. What more can you ask for. Good food, great service, friendly staff, clean store. Thank you Royal Palm Pollo Tropical."

"Service was AMAZING. The cashier was super polite and always kept a smile. The rice and chicken were a little undercooked but understandable as there was a rather large order to be filled at that time. The team worked their hardest to make sure everyone got their meals in a reasonable time frame."

"Ordered drive thru, large pork tropi chop, added avocado, was up charged but never got receipt nor avocado, and a small amount of pork for a large tropi chop. Pollo has gone down hill big time. Alright this store is 0-2 again on missing my avocado today. Please issue me a refund as I'm losing money. Please see receipt."

"Love the fresh food and the clean environment. Not a fan of the remodel. They have put really bright fluorescent lights When combined with the circling black fans It gives the feeling of lights flickering off and on every minute. It is so overwhelming that my autistic son had a meltdown so now I can’t bring him. My 1 year old loves the yellow rice. If the lighting was different I’d give 5 stars."

"They only take one order at a time in drive thru so be prepared to wait. I’m assuming their short staff. Horrible first experience! No wonder you wait so long … when you order you have to repeat yourself because she didn’t listen so obviously she’s doing other things. I still don’t understand they take one card order and you wait and wait before they take the next order. As I watch the lady who works drive thru in the red shirt instead of taken orders she’s cleaning counters!!!!! Huh!!!! Really that’s the 2 piece white meat!!!!! Lol why do I have a big box with nothing in it come on!!! What is this? Sorry worst experience will I go back not sure as of now NO look at the food for $22.00 noway Oh and No empanadas the entire reason why we went. Look at the reviews everyone is complaining about the same thing"
