"The parking lot is empty. Thought they were closed. Ordered a rodeo burger and a small fry. Burger and Fry were hot and as expected. The automated girl that comes on is different. I started talking to her and didn't know the girls working there were different. They were pleasant. It was what it was.."

"Went to go order my meal I told her I needed three sauces and she came back with one comes with the mean and the other two I had to pay for. I already knew that which is why I told her that at the speaker. Got my order the the chicken fries were very cold and hard like if they been sitting out for a long period of time. Went back in the store because my daughter had to go to the bathroom. And told the lady my food was cold and she had a very nast attitude with me and I ask to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. If that was my store she would never be the manager to represent my store that’s embarrassing. I had told her while my chicken fries are cooking I was taking my daughter to the bathroom and she had told me they’re out of order. So I said no problem waited 10 mins for my chicken fries and came back to the car and my friend went back to the store to order another chicken wrap and I thought she was going to the bathroom and told her that the bathroom was out of order. And she came back out and told me someone else went in and they gave her the key to the bathroom for another women to use it. And if they thought they was getting back at me for whatever reason they didn’t they withheld my child from going to the bathroom. Even the sandwich maker was very rude Very rude people and will never go back. Only went because of traveling. ((((Friday, September 29th 11:18AM ))))"

"Dont come here unless you have an Hour! Ordered inside and Waited inside over 30 min for 2 whoppers while they waited on everyone in the driving through! 6 employees just standing around. Get it together burger King! The guy that took my order with the glasses asked me 5 times if I ordered in the drive-through.... You took my order dummy! Pay attention. How can I call the GM when someone removed the last number?? Burger King is definitely going downhill on the service at all locations. The only employee with any intelligence there was the young lady at the drive-through window! Give her a raise for having to work with idiots!"

"RUDE RUDE RUDE. Can’t say it enough, rude! We pulled in at 10:28 behind 2 cars. We got to the window to order at 10:30 and were told to wait. When the person finally came in they told us we couldn’t order breakfast, that it was lunch. When we told her we were in line, she said “no you wudnt!” Nice English btw. We finally got someone pleasant that took our order. It is now 10:42 and they JUST gave us our order. Wow! 14 minutes felt like a lifetime."
