"I am in the nail program now and I love it. Ms. Jennifer is very understanding and very helpful."
"Very professional staff and a awesome school I revived my GED 5 yrs ago and never had any problems great teacher and Mrs Sandra was very professional"
"Environment is professional, staff are nice and friendly. I am taking class to be a nail tech and the teacher is super professional and cares a lot for her students. Overall this institute is the best in central Florida. The starter kit they gave us is beyond what any other facility give their students. Anything we need the owner makes sure to provide us and is always with a big smile and such a pleasant Person. Recommend it 100%"
"I went to the school for the Phlebotomy program when it was on Vine Street. 1. It was supposed to be eight weeks and it turned into months and months and months. With no one teaching us. 2. We did not have a teacher. Once in a while the owner would come in and “teach” class. 3. At least once a week the class would be canceled. 4. Oh! I forgot to say in the beginning we paid our deposit and she sent us to a uniform store to get scrubs. Whom she was supposed to of had a “contract“ with. Where the fee for the program would include two uniforms. When we got to the uniform shop the owner of that shop said I am not going to so you uniforms because I don’t have a contract with her. I repeatedly emailed and faxed the contract to her she’s never signed it and sent it back. There is no account to pay for your scrubs. I suppose that should’ve been a sign from the beginning! 5. Finally at the “End” of the program she brought in teachers. One was a dental hygienist the other was a children’s doctor. They were sisters from Venezuela and did not speak English............. 6. We studied and passed the test at her school. That was the only way we were going to pass that test. 7. She never gave us our certification. She refused to return our money. And when we went in to dispute it with her she refused to talk to us she would walk by us and not say a word. With a major attitude. 8. She never made sure we got enough stick in. 9. Nothing was set up for the classroom setting. Neither tools nor equipment. 10. She would sit in class and talk to us about what she had done in her past and what she was about to do she never taught anything. 11. On the bright side she had other programs running one of them being cosmetology and another for hair. And she gave me a great haircut! She can cut hair. The highlight of my entire program there."
"Please do not waste your time and money at this school! I attended the phlebotomy course she had. This course was $800, and was supposed to give me my certification. This class was supposed to be 8 weeks long, but she kept the class going from August 2015 until February 2016, because she wasn’t teaching, didn’t have a teacher for us, and would cancel school atleast once a week if not more. I took the state test at her school for my certification and license and I received neither of the two. Not only did we pay for this mess, But we did not have a teacher! Sandra, the owner came in to teach us when she wasn’t “busy” but no real teacher. Then she hired two girls from another country who had just moved here, didn’t speak English, nor were they phlebotomist to try and teach an English speaking class. I passed the exam because I studied on my own, but never was able to get a job because of how horrible of a reputation this school has, and never receiving my certification that was promised. When demanding my certification she got serious attitude and wouldn’t talk to us. Please, whatever you do, stay as far away from this school as you can get!"
