"The lady waiting on me was very rude. Insisted I have correct change and when I didn't. She gave me a handful of pennies as change instead of the quarters. I saw her holding worst sandwich. Ever never coming back there."

"I’ve lived in this area for many years, whenever I’m craving BK , this is the location I go to. I haven’t had any issues with this location until recently. They hired a girl who is extremely rude with negative energy. She gives you your food and takes your money with a very bad attitude. As if we, the customers, are inconveniencing her. Even though this location is closer to me I would rather drive the extra miles to go to a different store."

"Went through drive-through ordered an unsweetened tea we asked for sweet and low. The The lady just stood there looking at us like we lost our mind and then we tried to explain to her that it was the stuff in the pink package and then we said you know Sugar substitute it’s in a pink or yellow package, Splenda, sweet and low sugar substitute and she goes. Oh we don’t carry that, it’s awful funny you can go in the store and get it but you can’t ask for it and drive-through because I don’t know what you’re talking about then, when I called the store to speak to a manager and nobody in the store, they wouldn’t answer the phone Poor customer service, the worse"

"If you have very little time, very low standards, enjoy your order being right and wrong at the same time (it was an order, but not my order, and I was alone at the drive-through) and having staff that are borderline competent enough to deserve minimum wage, You're in Luck! We found your personal, masochistic, spot to endure rushed, wrong, and somehow too busy to help the customer without anyone else there to serve attitude ready and waiting to disappoint you. I wish you all the best at whatever you dream of actually doing with your futures and careers. Obviously, it won't be in the food industry, fast or otherwise, as you all can barely be considered part of it at your standard performance levels. Best of wishes regardless of my experience."
