"I had the best service from Ryan today. He’s such a nice guy! I mistakenly sprayed him with water, and he was so nice about it. He answered my questions and just had a great overall attitude about him. He is also energetic. The food was delicious. I haven’t been there in a while, but I will definitely be back again soon."

"I’ve been coming to this location since I was in high school my best friend, erica and her mom used to work here. I still come today because it is honestly better than Royal Subs. Also the kids that work here actually put in their work I’ve been to a lot of other advertisements, such as buds, chicken, and seafood, and rarely go simply because of the teenagers and their attitude. I appreciate these young adults that actually try and work hard here at John’s Smith subs."

"I paid 15.00 for a sub that barely had any tuna on it. The same is true for the steak and cheese plus they didn’t add the onions and peppers like I requested. The Italian subs barely had any meat on it either. . Then, when they packed the food, instead of putting the hot sun with the French fries, they put the tuna sub with the friend. The card machine asked if I wanted to give a tip, I tipped15%, so, my order was almost $60.00. Ridiculous."
