"Pizza was good but I ordered a medium pie, yet when I got home and opened it, there was a medium pie folded into a small box? Not sure if they ran out but this is completely unacceptable and I had to throw away a half of the pizza because everything was melted together. Won’t be back"

"Unfortunately this was my first time ordering from Danny’s and we were very disappointed in the Buffalo chicken pizza. At first we thought it was a bbq chicken pizza because it looked like brown sauce if anything there was bacon on it which we weren’t expecting for a Buffalo chicken pizza. We didn’t see or taste any Buffalo sauce at all on the pizza. I called and spoke to a woman on the phone and per what the women said “the owner made the pizza and it’s Buffalo chicken it’s just a very light amount of sauce. He could make another one but it would be exactly the same.” Overall that is terrible customer service in my book. I worked at a Chicago pizza place for 10 years and we never treated customers that way. We were always happy to add $10 or a free pizza to their account for the next time if they weren’t satisfied with their order…ESPECIALLY a first time customer."
