"My blood tests came back with very bad results. It took Jose Cardoso MD 7 weeks to tell me he is concern and we need to repeat blood test again. And if test comes back bad again I need to see cancer specialist. He made another blood test appt with me 3 weeks later! And to see him again all the way in October 12th! Unreal….I didn’t wait and did another 2 tests in different laboratories immediately. It came back all good. My new doctor said the results would never go back to normal looking at the first test and he thinks there was a mistake and exchange of tests with another patient. It’s scary to know someone might be sick now and doesn’t know…"

"This is the worst Medical group in South Florida, they are unprofessional and incompetent. They do not respond to email communications through their own portal. They don’t answer the phone when you call to speak to the Doctor, or leave a message. My pharmacist even called them for clarification of a prescription that Dr. Cardoso ordered, they never responded to the pharmacist or myself. I had an adverse reaction to the medication I was prescribed, I went to the Doctors office to show him the sub dermal hematomas on my right for are and right hand. I asked to see Dr. Cardoso and was told by the receptionist Eddy Torres without consulting anyone, He told me to stay on the mediation until a alternate mediation is prescribed. When I went back 2 days later as my condition worsen, I asked to have Dr. Cardoso contact me, and inquired where the replacement mediation was and was told it takes 48 hours, even though it had already been two days since I first requested to see the Doctor and have the mediation changed. Nothing happened that week, no contact from Dr. Cardoso and no mediation change until the following week when I was prescribed a 20 mg dose, instead of the 10 mg dose I was already having a adverse reaction too. My pharmacist contacted Dr. Cardoso office and told them of my concerns and asked that Dr. Cardoso contact me for clarification, he never did. I sent numerous emails through the Drs. Portal as advised for proper communications, all communications were ignored. It is highly unethical for Eddy Torres to be advising anyone on mediation doses and adverse reactions, I asked Eddy if he attended medical school and he said no, he attended nursing school. I asked why he felt qualified to be giving me advice about my adverse reaction’s to medication. He lied, and said he did consult the Dr. Before advising me. He never consulted DR. CARDOSO prior to him advising me to stay on the medication. And he never gave Dr. Cardoso the in person messages I requested or the emails sent through their portal. I have filed a formal grievance with MyCare Medical, and I have notified Florida Blue cross about the sub stand care I have received. I would advise the public to avoid this medical practice. The unethical incompetence is inexcusable."
"New patient and new appointment. Never did I received or my spouse any text or email regarding an action that we need it to take before coming to the appointment. On the day of appointment we show on time and a very bad attitude employee explained that our appointment it wont be cover by insurance. If you still need to come to this place please call ahead that way you don’t waste your time."
"Had to switch doctors due to a change in insurance. The attention, concern and follow-up I have seen from Dr. Castillo and his staff make me wish I had changed offices sooner! The office may be smaller than some others, but here you're more than a number in the waiting room. 100% recommend!"
